Join us for a transformative day of dialogue and collaboration with the AZ Village Network, to learn about the "Second Chances Start with Good Health" initiative.

This initiative is dedicated to supporting formerly incarcerated individuals as they reenter society with the belief that true second chances begin with comprehensive health care that addresses the physical, mental, and spiritual challenges of reintegration.

This conference will delve into those social determinants of health and policies that create barriers to housing, employment,healthcare and economic-stability for justice-involved individuals and the family members. How do we move forward, “Standing Together”!
