  About 

   Social Cohesion Dialogues bring accomplished authors and their powerful books into      
   conversation with ASU and audiences across Arizona and beyond.  Since its launch in 2019, this    series has offered dynamic book discussions, presented memorable discussions and inspired  . 
   many to positive civic engagement and reflection. 

   The books, book discussions and public dialogue are offered to all and are free of charge.      
   Register now for a book discussion and receive print or electronic copies of this year’s featured 
   books.  

    Campus and community organizations whose missions and work align with this year’s topics     
    have an opportunity to host book discussions, reserve seats and also table at the public . 
   dialogue.  Contact the Center at [email protected] for more information. 

    ASU undergraduate and graduate students can become Social Cohesion Dialogue Student   
    Fellows and focus on leadership development and community engagement projects related to . 
    this year’s themes.   Complete this SCD Student Fellows Interest form if you want to learn more.

      Public Dialogue  
      Join CSRD director and ASU professor Lois Brown, PhD and authors Toni Jensen and   
      Kathryn Edin for an evocative dialogue about place, class, wealth, poverty, survival, 
      indigenous America and rural communities. Light refreshments available for general audience 
      before doors open and book signing will follow the dialogue.

      welcoming and energizing book discussions. All are welcome to register for one or more of the
