Personal stories matter, perhaps now more than ever. In this workshop, you will discuss the political and social import of writing about yourself, and how to do so in a way that feels artistic instead of narcissistic. You will complete short exercises designed to help you access important memories and resurrect them on the page, and then the group will discuss ways to get our stories out into the real world—where they really matter.
