Food brings memories, tells stories and builds communities; cooking fosters creativity, prompts connections, and provokes curiosity. Today, digital social media has become a creative platform for the production, distribution, and critique of food stories. But how are we engaging with food and the process of cooking in the Digital Age?
In this workshop, participants will learn how to use social media to map food culture in Arizona and to create a digital "foodprint" for the emerging history of food, society and culture in the Grand Canyon State.
Free and open to the public | Space is limited | Lunch Provided
