It is not often that we call attention to the fact that someone is white. However, for people of color, white is distinctive, while for most white people it is simply the “norm.” One of the most important things white people can do to fight against racism is to know themselves as members of a socially constructed race and understand their innate privileges. Learn about white privilege and how individuals can use their epidermal advantages to empower others and challenge systems of oppression in their daily lives, schools, communities, and world.

This is the second forum in a four-part, solution-based series.
